What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Written to be read, not to be survived.
These pages are written by the team that built AIKHANA and describe exactly what the product does today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, write to us and ask.

The course
Pre-ordering locks your price and gives you access on launch (October 2026). Full refund any time before the course launches, and up to 7 days after. No questions asked. If the launch date slips, you will hear it from us before you read it anywhere else.
Credits
Credits pay for the steps that cost us money: pictures, motion and narration. Writing is free. Credits you buy stay on your account and do not expire. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable once spent — but a generation that fails never costs you anything, and if one gets stuck the balance comes back on its own, usually within about half an hour.
What you make is yours
The films, pictures and stories you create are yours. We need your permission to store and process them in order to make them at all, and that is all we use it for. We will not publish, sell or show your work to anyone without asking you first.
What we ask of you
Upload only work that is yours or your child's to upload. Do not use AIKHANA to make anything sexual, hateful, or intended to frighten or harm a child — that is the one line where we will close an account without a conversation.
What AI does and does not promise
The models sometimes produce something odd, wrong, or simply not what you pictured. That is the medium, not a fault, and learning to work with it is part of the course. We make no promise about the quality of any single generation, and nothing AIKHANA produces is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Where this is not finished
The governing law, the company entity and the limitation of liability are not settled yet, and a lawyer has not read this. Those are real gaps, not oversights we are hiding. Ask us anything at info@aikhana.com.
